'RidgeStoneVale's journey began with an aspiration: to offer the genuine taste of Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our modest family-owned pizzeria opened with heritage-rich recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, the originator, honed the craft of pizza creation during a sojourn across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples - the cradle of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of real Italian pizza, sticking closely to time-honored techniques and selecting only the best ingredients.
Starting out as a quaint pizzeria seating just twelve, we have evolved into a cherished culinary locale. Nevertheless, our dedication to delivering supreme quality and maintaining authentic traditions remains steadfast. Utilizing original wood-fired ovens, preparing dough from scratch each day, and selecting top-tier ingredients is our daily ritual.
Presently, 'RidgeStoneVale' is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, with its second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Embracing select contemporary innovations, our core ethos endures: to serve mouth-watering, genuine pizzas that unite people.
